This page is maintained by inthreads to answer common privacy questions about the product. It describes current practice and is not a certification.
What we collect
Account details you give us — your email address, name and authentication method — and the workspace data you explicitly authorise us to read.
What we read from Notion
Only the pages and databases you select during the Notion permission step: their titles, properties, owners, timestamps and the links between them. Access is read-only; inthreads never writes to your workspace.
How we use it
To build your relationship graph, organisational health assessment and pulse, and to generate plain-English explanations of what changed. We do not sell your data or use your workspace content to train public models.
Access tokens
Your Notion access token is encrypted before it is stored and is only used to make requests on your behalf. Disconnecting in your account settings removes it.
Separation between customers
Each workspace connection belongs to the account that created it, and access rules are enforced at the database level so one account cannot read another's data.
Service providers
We rely on infrastructure and AI providers to host the service and generate narrative explanations. They process data on our instructions to deliver inthreads to you.
Your choices
You can export your data, disconnect your workspace, or ask us to delete your account at any time from the account page or by emailing us.
