How does Pro billing work?
Pro is £12 per active member, per month. A seat is anyone with active access to the workspace, including you. When you invite or remove someone, your subscription updates automatically and Stripe pro-rates the difference.
What happens if my free workspace grows?
Nothing breaks. Free workspaces are designed for up to 5 members — above that we'll show a gentle prompt to upgrade, but everyone keeps their access.
Who can change the plan?
The workspace owner manages billing, including upgrades, payment methods, invoices and cancellation through the secure billing portal.
What does Enterprise add?
Everything in Pro, plus SSO through OIDC, Okta or Entra, dedicated onboarding, audit logs and enterprise support. Email hello@inthreads.co and we'll take it from there.
